Payment Options
We accept cash payments, as well as checks and credit cards for standard appointments. The prices we list are standard rates that do not include Ohio sales tax. Medical massage treatment is covered by most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). You will face Ohio sales tax on all services except for cases with a physician referral recommending massage.
A referral may originate from any medical professional, including chiropractors, cardiologists, and osteopaths. Have your doctor submit a referral that refers to "massage as needed" via fax or email. Your physician can also mail the referral to this office or give it to you to bring in.
